Qualified guests must attend a 120-minute presentation. Individuals or adult couples must be a minimum age of 28, gainfully employed, with a combined annual household income greater than $50,000. If married or cohabitating, must vacation and attend and tour the presentation together.

Each individual must possess and present at the tour a valid driver's license, state ID or Passport AND an active major credit card (no debit cards) and the guests shall not have attended a presentation at this property or any other program affiliated with the project or developer within the past 3 months. No group travel. This package may not be used with or in conjunction with any additional promotions or destinations. Additional services or amenities at the resort in addition to those included in this package may incur additional fees.

You may cancel any package purchase without penalty within 15 days of initial purchase. Packages cancelled outside that 15 day window will incur a $50 cancellation fee, to be deducted from the refunded amount. If you need to reschedule your reservation arrival date, you can do so without penalty once before 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, intentionally misrepresent your eligibility for the promotion, or do not show up for your reservation, your package price will be forfeited. Any reschedules within 72 hours of your check-in date will incur a $50 fee for 2 night reservations, and $100 for 3 night reservations.
